Privacy Policy

Bitmoq Technologies respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use https://www.bitmoq.com, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Who we are

Bitmoq Technologies is a Salesforce consultancy headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, India. For privacy-related enquiries, please use our contact page.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name, work email, company, and role
• Details you submit through our contact form or CRM enquiry form
• Correspondence you send us in connection with a potential or active engagement

We may also collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and schedule conversations
• Evaluate, deliver, and support professional services
• Improve our website, communications, and service quality
• Meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations

Contact forms and CRM

Our contact page embeds a form hosted on our CRM platform. Information submitted through that form is processed by Bitmoq and our service providers in accordance with this policy and our contractual safeguards.

Job applicants

If you apply for a role through our careers page, we collect the details you submit — name, contact details, location, experience, notice period, certifications, your CV and any note you include — together with the date, the role and the IP address the application came from. We use this only to assess you for that role and, with your consent, for future roles. Applications are stored in our CRM, which only our hiring team can access. We keep applications for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete yours sooner; to do so, contact us through the contact page.

Legal basis

Where applicable, we process personal information based on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, the performance of a contract, or compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who support hosting, CRM, analytics, or professional operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us through the contact page to make a request.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the contact form is submitted. We may also use Microsoft Clarity (page interaction analytics) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (aggregated, anonymous visitor demographics). We do not use advertising cookies for retargeting.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics cookies are set. Elsewhere, analytics run by default. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser.

International transfers

If personal information is transferred outside India, we will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure appropriate protection consistent with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
