Salesforce Intern

Start your Salesforce career on real client projects — learning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow and Agentforce alongside experienced Salesforce practitioners, fully remote.

Job description

You will join our delivery team and learn Salesforce by doing: configuring orgs, building automation and supporting client projects under the guidance of Salesforce practitioners who have worked across small, medium and large Salesforce tech stacks. You will start with well-defined tasks and take on more as your skills grow. Every engagement is tied to a measurable business outcome, so you will see what your work changes for real clients.

What you’ll do

  • Configure Salesforce: objects, fields, page layouts, permission sets and reports
  • Build and test automation with Flow under guidance from senior team members
  • Help deploy and tailor One-Click Sales Cloud and Service Cloud packages
  • Prepare test data, run testing and document results
  • Write clear documentation of what you build
  • Work towards your first Salesforce certification with support from the team

Must-have requirements

  • A degree or final-year studies in computer science, IT, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce, CRM concepts or databases (Trailhead badges count)
  • Strong willingness to learn, and to ask questions when stuck
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • A reliable home-office setup and internet connection for full-time remote work

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Salesforce Associate or Administrator certification, or progress towards one
  • Trailhead Ranger rank or a strong Trailhead profile
  • Basic programming experience in any language (Java, JavaScript, Python)
  • Familiarity with Git or any version control
  • An internship, college project or personal project built on Salesforce

Probation and employment

The first 12 months are a probation period in which we assess your work output, efficiency and learning progress, and decide together whether you are the right fit for our work culture. When you pass probation, you become a permanent employee.
