Job description

You will work directly with clients and with Bitmoq’s founders to turn business problems into simple, working Salesforce solutions. Some weeks you will deploy and tailor a One-Click package; others you will design custom automation or an integration from scratch. Every engagement is tied to a measurable outcome, so you will see what your work changes.

What you’ll do

  • Deploy and tailor One-Click Sales Cloud and Service Cloud packages in client orgs
  • Design and build automation with Flow, and with Apex and Lightning Web Components where configuration is not enough
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and clients’ other systems
  • Run working sessions with client teams: understand how they work, explain options in plain language, and agree what to build
  • Read client orgs with the Org Scan and turn findings into fixes
  • Document what you build so clients’ own admins can run and extend it

Must-have requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Strong declarative skills: data model, security and sharing, Flow
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components
  • At least one Salesforce certification (for example Administrator or Platform Developer I)
  • Clear written and spoken English for client calls and documentation
  • A reliable home-office setup and internet connection for full-time remote work

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Agentforce, Data Cloud or Experience Cloud project experience
  • Integration experience with REST APIs, Platform Events or middleware
  • Consultant certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) or Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD for deployments
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery role

The first 3 months are a probation period in which we assess your work output and efficiency, and decide together whether you are the right fit for our work culture. When you pass probation, you become a permanent employee.
