  • Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, both parties agree to pursue mediation as a secondary step before seeking legal recourse.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all preliminary materials and code remain the property of Bitmoq until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the agreed-upon deliverables will transfer to the client, subject to any third-party licenses or proprietary tools used in the process.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, we rely on your timely feedback, provision of necessary access/data, and clear communication of requirements. Delays in client input may result in adjusted project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bitmoq strives for perfection, but we provide our services "as is" without a guarantee of absolute error-free operation. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
