Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Bitmoq Technologies provides technology consulting and professional services. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in this policy.

2. Service-Based Refunds

2.1 Consulting Services

For consulting and advisory services, refunds may be considered if:

  • Services have not been initiated or delivered
  • There is a material breach of the service agreement by Bitmoq Technologies
  • Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of service agreement execution and before work begins

2.2 Implementation Services

For implementation and development services:

  • Refunds are not available once work has commenced
  • Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete deliverables if mutually agreed upon
  • Any refund will be proportional to the work not completed

3. Pre-Paid Services

For services paid in advance:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
  • No refunds will be issued if services have been delivered or work has begun
  • Administrative fees may apply to refund processing

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed deliverables and work products
  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Third-party licenses or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
  • Training sessions that have been conducted

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@bitmoq.com with your refund request
  2. Include your service agreement number, invoice details, and reason for refund
  3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

6. Disputes and Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel ongoing services subject to the terms of your service agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and is non-refundable.
