· Data 360 — Salesforce rebranded Data Cloud to Data 360 as of October 14, 2025; functionality remains the same (Salesforce Help). Data 360 and Tableau Next work with Agentforce as a connected ecosystem for insight (Salesforce Help).
· Service Cloud / Agentforce Service — Salesforce documentation now refers to Service Cloud as Agentforce Service in places; we use the names carefully (Salesforce Help).
· Experience Cloud creates branded digital experiences for customers, partners, and employees (Salesforce Help).
· Sales Cloud supports lead generation, opportunity and pipeline management, account relationships, forecasting, and territories (Salesforce Help).
· Agentforce IT Service employee portals support knowledge articles, incidents, cases and service requests, tracking, approvals, embedded messaging, and escalation (Salesforce Help), with employee request management across portal, Slack, or Teams (Salesforce Help).
